If there are transactions in your ktti that were not completed by you, please ensure that you immediately go to your Ktti Settings and click on 'Manage Ktti Card' followed by 'Temporarily Lock Card'. Please also check if there are any members of your ktti that you don't recognise.
Once you've done this, please contact our Support Team on support@kttipay.com at the first possible opportunity.
Please also follow these steps if you're a victim of identity fraud or suspect that your identity has been stolen.
