Can I pay people from a ktti?

Yes. You have the ability to transfer money to any other ktti, or choose to make a transfer to any Australian bank account. We make use of the NPP (New Payments Platform), so in most instances, the funds will be transferred immediately. This is dependant on the receiving bank's participation in the NPP however.
