Who is the legal owner of the group ktti?

The person who creates the ktti is the legal owner of the ktti (i.e., the account is held in their name). The owner may allow other members to become administrators (admins) of a ktti. Admins have the ability to order a KttiPay debit card and spend from the group ktti. Members who have been invited to kttis (and aren't admins) will only be able to view transactions in the ktti. Members can also transfer funds from their personal ktti to a group ktti.
